   Hi, have you ever heard of a guy called skinny Vinny? Well the person I'm gonna talk to you about today used to be called skinny Vinny (among other things related to being skinny). Today he is called the skinny guy savior. Why? Simply because he went from skinny, and scrawny, to gaining 41lbs. of lean muscle in a record breaking 24 weeks. Even though he couldn't before trying all the usual techniques. Oh and he has taught over a thousand other skinny guys to do the same.
