Rapid Weight Loss

Hi,
   Today I want to share a little of what I have come to believe is one of the most effective weight loss strategy.
That is to:
1) Watch your diet.
     If you can't think of a diet here's one (just something you may want to start out with).
   a. Cut back on carbohydrates (pastas, rice, bread, and potatoes for starters)
   b. Cut back on sweet drinks (sodas, and juices)
   c. Cut back on greasy foods (fried foods for the most part. You know what they are).
2) Perform Hi Intensity Exercises That Build Muscles
    Yes you have to get up to that hi intensity regular (3x a week maybe for 15 to 20 minutes at least) workout. That's the way to get ripped abs or just to lose some extra weight in a short period of time.
The need for an intense workout is that you need to speed up your metabolism. Rev it up real high so that you continue to burn calories well after you are done with your workout.
The need for a muscle building workout is that the more muscle you have the more fat your body burns at a resting metabolic rate. Basically it takes more energy to maintain more muscle. So with more muscle you burn more fat.
